Historical Museum of the Slovak National Museum (Bratislava Castle)
Exhibition Celts from Bratislava
It offers visitors an impressive look into the past, to the times when they lived in the town. This is the first ethnic group known by name in our country. In addition to numerous finds (e.g. coin hoards) and the interesting concept of the exhibition, visitors have the opportunity to see in the underground space under the courtyard of Bratislava Castle part of the remains of ancient architectures from the 1st. century BC. The exhibition includes a line for children with interactive tasks. The preparation and realization of the exhibition was financed within the Priority Project by the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Republic and the Slovak National Museum of History in Bratislava.
